Quiet software for loud lives.
We're building Nexis because productivity tools shouldn't feel like a second job. Capture the thought, transcribe the meeting, ship the task, then get out of your way.
Mission
Turn every conversation, spoken or written, into clear, accountable action. Without the spreadsheet feel, without the notification anxiety, and without shipping your data to a hundred third parties.
How we work
Four principles. Everything else is a footnote.
Calm by default
No streaks, no FOMO badges, no notifications that train you to check the app. The work is the reward.
Sharp scope
We ship a few things well, not many things badly. Every feature earns its place by being used.
AI as a tool
AI helps you move faster. It never replaces your judgment. Every extracted task stays editable before it lands in your list.
Your data is yours
GDPR-compliant by design. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Export or delete everything, any time.

The story
Why we're building this.
Nexis started with a frustration most builders share: the gap between a good idea spoken aloud and that same idea actually getting done. Voice notes pile up. Meetings end with three different versions of what was decided. Tasks live in five tools, none of which talk to each other.
We built the thing we wanted to use: a single place where you talk, a meeting records itself, and the next morning your team knows exactly what's on the plate. Less ceremony. More shipping.
Nexis is a product of Ekam Space, a small studio building calm, well-designed software for the way modern teams actually work. We don't raise rounds to spend on growth hacks. We build tools we ourselves rely on, charge a fair price for them, and keep them honest.
